What am I learning this school year?

 

 

Chapter 19

You will learn how say what you want other people to do at a the barber shop, beauty shop, and the bank.

You will also learn how to say what is important, worse, better, etc... expressing your opinions using subjunctive.

 

Chapter 18

You wil learn how to communicate at the emergency room and learn more parts of the body and small injuries

by using the present perfect tense.

 

Chapter 17

On this chapter you will learn how to speak in future tense and contraste it with the conditional tense (if).

You will learn how to speak about pass times, hobbies, and amusement parks.

 

Chapter 16

On this chapter you will continue narrating events in the past, but the setting will be different

kind of stores: clothing, shoes, meat, fish stores, etc. 

You will also learn how to use the passive voice in Spanish to talk about what

is done at these stores and other places.

 

 

Chapter 15

You will learn how to narrate events in the past by contrasting the imperfect and preterite tenses.

You will also learn time clues and learn how to comprehend legends narrated in the past.

 

Chapter 14 

You will learn more about food and restaurants. This time, you will learn how to describe

what you did at a restaurant using third person stem changing verbs in preterite.

Chapter 13

You will learn how to communicate at a train station and during a trip on a train.

Trains are a very popular mean of transportation in Hispanic countries.

You will also learn how to speak in simple past tense using irregular verbs.

Chapter 12
