So, you can communicate at a stationary store, and buy school supplies.

Also, to be able to talk, ask and answer questions about clothes, colors, and learn how to communicate at the clothing store.

Using vocabulary words, the vocabulary packet, the grammar you have learned during this chapter, write your autobiography, and have a conversation.

  • Study the colors and numbers from 100 to 1000

Create a conversation pretending you are at a stationary store and at the clothing store.

Be creative and MEMORIZE the questions in English.  Don’t memorize the answers. Learn how to listen and understand, so you can answer correctly.

  1. The students will apply vocabulary we learned during this chapter related to school supplies, numbers 0-100, clothes and colors
  2. The students will conjugate -ar verbs  in present tense by contrasting first, second, and third person singular.
  3. The students will apply the vocabulary and grammar they have learned during the chapter to a real life situation: a conversation at the store.
  4. The students will make use of the vocabulary and grammar learned during this chapter to complete the Study Guide for Chapter 3 Chapter Test.

  • Work on the study guide for the chapter test (30 mins)

How to study for the Chapter Test on your next block this week: (work on the study guide)

 VOCABULARY:

 

  1. Use write on Quizlet to study the previous sets of words. We have used them many times in class, but practice makes perfect.

 

 GRAMMAR: 

 

  1. Conjugation of -ar verbs in the present tense (Singular)
  2. Ask and answer questions in the present tense.
  3. Talk about school supplies, clothes, colors, and numbers 0-1000

 

 

The test will not be a multiple-choice test. You should know how to spell the vocabulary words.
