 YOUR (informal)  tu, tus

 your family - tu familia

 your relatives - tus parientes

 HIS, HER, ITS, YOUR (formal)

 THEIR, YOUR(plural)

 su, sus

 his, her, its, their, your (plural) food - su comida

 his, her, its, their, your (plural) parents - sus padres

 OUR

 nuestro(os)

 nuestra (as)

 our family - nuestra familia

 our car  -nuestro carro

 our brothers -nuestros hermanos

 our sisters  - nuestras hermanas

 

 Notice how the possessive adjectives sometimes have an "s" at the end depending on the next word.
