Why will I learn this?

You will learn this so you can read the date in the Spanish format and not miss special dates, deadlines, or appointments if you are ever in a Hispanic country.

 

How do I know I have learned this?

  • You have completed all the practice provided on Quizlet.
  • You have completed the packet and passed the Oncourse assignment.
  • You have passed the vocabulary test.
  • You have passed chapter test.

 

· Lesson Activities: 

 

  1. Recall the the days of the week and months of the year.
  2. Learn  how to say the date in Spanish
  3. Start Oncourse assignment "The Calendar", and finish it as a homework
  4. Finish Introductory Chapter packet.

You will learn how to say your age in Spanish

You will learn how to say how many students are in the class.

 

 

Why will I learn this?

 

People usually want to know your age at the school, the hospital, etc...

Knowing how to say how many people are in your class will help you practice the numbers and improve your fluency.

 

 

How do I know I have learned this?

 

When you have completed all the practice provided on Quizlet, the packet and the Oncourse assignment.

You have passed the vocabulary test and the chapter test.

 

 

· Lesson Activities: 

  1. Continue practicing how to say the date in Spanish
  2. Learn how to ask Age (formaly and informaly)
  3. Learn how to say "How many" and "There is/are"
  4. Review everything we have learned for the Chapter Test.

 

 · Homework:

 

 1. Work on the following Oncourse assigment: Chapter Test - Practice 

2. Study  for your UNIT TEST on Thrusday or Friday.
