APE Daily Agenda- March

Monday 3/4
I am learning how to improve my fitness with the High 5/Fit 5 Program. I am learning to track my fitness progress, foods I have eaten ad water intake. I am practicing my events for special olympics.
I can perform exercises to improve strength. I can track my food and water intake and my daily exercise. I can demonstrate my 2 events for the special olympics.
Class discussion about food choices or exercises we did over the weekend.
1. weekly tracker-track food, water and exercise. *Check our class plants!!!!
2. We will go over protein checklist and discuss the types of proteins that we eat. We will look at different examples of these proteins
3. Go to the track and do 2 lap warm up walk.... If raining, we will do the 1 mile express video in the classroom.
4. students practice the 2 events that they are signed up for.

I am learning how to improve my fitness with the High 5/Fit 5 Program. I am learning to track my fitness progress, foods I have eaten ad water intake. I am practicing my 2 events for special olympics.
I can perform cardio exercises to improve strength and endurance. I can track my food and water intake and my daily exercise. I can demonstrate my 2 events for the special olympics to the best of my ability.
We will discuss our agenda and goals for the class. We will gather all equipment needed and head to the track.
1. Opening discussion about daily goals and gather our supplies needed for our lesson
2. Go to the track and do 2-3 lap warm up walk.... If raining, we will do the 1 mile express video in the classroom.
3. students will practice the 2 events that they are signed up for. ( all students have a race-25 M or 50 M) then some students have long jump and we will measure, and some perform softball throw.
4. Once all students have practiced, we will head back to the room to fill out daily tracker if time allows. We will stop for water on the way back.
5. Closing- give reminders about tomorrow's special olympics event!!!
