Hi! My name is Nicole Olinde. I grew up in Baton Rouge and attended St. Joseph's Academy. I attended college in Mississippi at Delta State University on an athletic scholarship playing softball. While at DSU, I earned my Bachelor's degree and Master's degree. During this time I was a graduate assistant coach for the DSU softball and also the Kinesiology/HPER department.  I am now on my 19th year of teaching. I have taught at both elementary and high school levels. I have been teaching at WFHS for 9 years! The courses that I currently teach are Applied ELA I II III & IV, study skills, ELA Remediation & READ 180, Adapted Physical Education and Adapted Health.  I am also a special education support teacher. I am married and have one daughter.  I enjoy sports, listening to music and concerts, anything outdoors, and taking care of animals.
