Learning Intentions: I am learning about the High Five Fitness Program and how it will help me to have healthy habits throughout my life. I am learning that "being fit" means eating well, drinking plenty of water and move a lot each day.
Success Criteria:
I CAN list some reasons why it is important to "be Fit".
I CAN list and explain the 3 goals to get Fit.
I CAN start to track my eating, water intake and movement in a weekly tracking chart.
Bellringer:
Students will each think about what they have eaten for breakfast and lunch so that they can start filling in weeky tracker.
Lesson Activities:

2. group discussion about 3 goals to get fit
