Learning Intentions

I am learning how to improve my fitness with the High 5/Fit 5 Program. I am learning to track my fitness progress. I am learning how I can grow some of my own foods/herbs.

Success Criteria

 I can perform exercises to improve strength. I can track my food and water intake and my daily exercise. 

 

Bellringer Discuss how we can grow some plants that we eat. Discussion while stretching and setting up room for activity.
Lesson Activities

1. Cardiovascular walk- 1 mile express video.

2. Water break

3. weekly tracker-track food, water and exercise.

4. watch video about planting onions from clippings. Talk about planting them next class.
