Learning Intentions

I am learning how to improve my fitness with the High 5/Fit 5 Program. I am learning about types of food and where they come from.

 

Success Criteria

 I can list some foods in each food group. I can list places that we get food.  I can perform exercises to improve strength. I can track my food and water intake and my daily exercise.

 

Bellringer

Did anyone get groceries this weekend? Where did they come from?

1. Cardiovascular walk

2. Where does my food come from worksheet.

3. weekly tracker

4. Horseshoe practice for special olympics(if time)

5. closure- tomorrow we will put pics of foods in animal or plant categories and see where proteins/dairy and fruits/veggies come from.
