     My name is Patrice Royer.  I am going to be your child’s teacher of gifted education. I am housed at Parks Primary. The principal at Parks Primary is Mrs. Tassala Jones and the assistant principal is Shauntel Blanchard.

      This is my 23rd year of teaching.  This is my 14th year of teaching gifted enrichment.  I  earned a Masters Degree in Gifted Education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May of 2009.  I earned my Bachelor’s of Arts Degree (Elementary Education grades 1-8) in May of 2001 at ULL.  I am a certified and highly qualified teacher.  I taught fourth grade at Teche Elementary in Cecilia for nine years.  I have also taught at ULL for their Academic Enrichment Summer Program.
    I am originally from St. Martinville, but currently living in Lafayette.  I am married and have two children.
