About me:
Wow! I'm starting my 17th year teaching Graphic Design and Digital Art at Pinelands Regional High School! I came from The Press of Atlantic City, where I was the Creative Services Manager, handling all display advertising that appeared in the newspaper, and supervising a staff of 11 graphic artists. I am a 1992 graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah, GA, with a BFA in Graphic Design, and received my MA in Art Education at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA in 2015. 

 

For the school, I am the co-advisor for the Class of 2028, with Mrs. Jennifer Shrader and help out with the Drama Department, doing design production pieces, such as posters and programs, for the dramas and musicals that Pinelands is famous for! I am part of the CatEye Crew, with Mr. Jim Ardoin and Miss Kamryn Barr. And I also do a good amount of posters, banners and flyers that grace the walls of the school. My days are always full!

In my non-existent spare time, I can be found going to the gym, taking care of my yard and gardens, hanging with my dog, WilliePup, traveling, reading, designing, geeking out at Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica or Marvel, anything with Minions and watching old movies. I look forward to sharing all of my knowledge gained through 32+ years in and around the design business with all of you. :o)
