Their services include: dual diagnosis, anxiety, grief, effects of abuse, Parent-child issues, Trauma, behavioral problems, mental illness, and life event issues. RKM Primary Care- PCPFHF uses a diverse team of providers to provide the full complement of comprehensive primary health care services for all ages. We also provide comprehensive and integrated oral health and behavioral health/substance abuse services, access to a discount drug program, transportation and a wide range of enabling services. Southeast Community Health Systems-Health Center that offers medical, dental, behavioral health, women's health, obstetrics and gynecology, substance abuse, health education, disease management, Kids- Med Screenings (EPSDT), and WIC services. Livingston Parish center is at 29565 S. Montpelier St, Albany, LA 70711. Open every Monday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
