Introduction

Lesson 15

Step 1:  Call out these words to your child without them looking at the word.  See if they can sound out each word as they use their fingers to count each sound.

bitter (/b/ /i/ /t/ /er/ 4 sounds)

better (/b/ /e/ /t/ /er/ 4 sounds)

letter (/l/ /e/ /t/ /er/ 4 sounds)

bunny (/b/ /u/ /n/ /ee/ 4 sounds)

Step 2:  Review all the sounds of the alphabet including the sounds for /th/, /sh/, and /ch/.

 

Step 3:  Complete the worksheets.
