Throughout the school year I enjoy taking photographs of the children while they are busy working /playing and posting the photos on my webpage.

To be able to do so, I will need your permission.  Please respond by putting an X on one, of the two lines below signing and returning to me as soon as possible.  If you click the ‘no’, your child’s (children), photo will NOT be posted at any time during the school year (unless you change your mind).
