Welcome to 7th Grade Science!
Welcome to a very exciting year of learning! I look forward to being your Science teacher for the 2020-2021 school year. It is my goal to make Science this year fun and engaging. We will be covering a variety of Science concepts, which will enrich your knowledge of the world around us. Some of the topics we will cover include body systems, atmospheric conditions & weather, natural resources, chemistry and waves.
Communication with students and parents is important for success. I anticipate all of us working together to boost achievement. OnCourse will be our learning magement system this year. I have also shared a link to our daily agenda slides, which the students and I use to outline the lesson every day. A student SBOE account must be used to access the daily slides. This is especially useful to remind students of homework assignments and missing work when they are absent. A variety of other helpful resources can be accessed using the menu to the right. Directions for use of all online resources can be found here, as well.
