What are arrival and dismissal times?
School begins at 8:40. Students line up outside the Pre-K arrival and dismissal door on Park Avenue side.   

Dismissal is at 2:30.  Please remember to always bring your picture I.D (in case there is a substitue).  Children will be dismissed at Exit door #13.  

What is the school uniform?
Students must wear the light blue uniform polo shirt with ECS Logo and Khaki pants/ khaki skirts/Sweatpants allowed for Preschoolers without logos in black or navy.  No belts or buckles on bottoms please. 

 

What happens if my child has a birthday?
For security reasons, parents are not allowed in the classrooms for birthday parties.  It is also school policy that we do not allow cupcake celebrations.  The birthday child will celebrate with the class.   If the parent chooses to hand out goody bags, it must not contain any food or candy, this is to protect children who might have food allergies.

What if my child is absent?
If your child is absent, please contact me via email, remind app or send a note to the teacher explaining the reason why the student missed school.  If your child is absent for an extended amount of time (more than 2 days), please send a doctor's note to school upon the return of your student.
