Students grades are based upon fitness testing. Each marking period students will be assessed in the President's Challenge and/or Fitnessgram. Students must show improvement/maintain high scores to recieve a 3 or a 4. Additional fitness testing such as jump roping will also be included. Students are expected to exceed their previous scores in all categories to improve their grades, health, and well being. All catagories will be added up and average together. Participation/Sportsmanship in all other activities/sports are also factors in grading.
CRITERIA: MILE RUN 10:00 <=A, 11:00<=B, AND 12:00<=C & SIT-UPS: 35=A, 30=B, AND 29 BELOW = C
GOAL: ACHIEVE 11 MINUTE MILE/30 SIT-UPS IN A MINUTE.
GROUPING/GRADE: A=4, B=3, and C=2
