 October 9th:  Class Trip to Von Thun Farm, Washington, NJ

Parents:  Please meet us at the farm NO LATER THAN 9:45

Lunch:  we will be eating lunch at the farm.  Please pack a fully disposable lunch in a brown paper bag or plastic baggie. Please label the bag with your child's name so their is no confusion.  NO containers; no lunch boxes please.

Snack:  please pack a SEPARATE snack for your child.  The kids will be eating snack at school in the afternoon, as usual.  It is always helpful if snack is labeled or packed in an extra baggie. 

 

  

 

  

Arrival and Dismissal* Information --  September 2025

PLEASE NOTE:  Parents must contact the main office BY 2:00 p.m. to inform the school of changes to their child's dismissal.  (i.e.:  If your child usually takes the bus, but you need to pick him/her up, call the office BY 2:00 p.m.)

 

Arrival: Parents who are dropping off their children--please make sure to use the Midland Avenue entrance.  If you are not sure where to go, please call the office.  Also, students should arrive between 8:30 - 8:45a.m..  Students will be escorted by a staff member to the correct classroom.  Please do not arrive before 8:30 a.m., since there will be no student supervision.The late bell rings at 8:50 a.m..  Late arrivals should park in the front of the school building, (in the parking area--not in the driveway), and walk your child to the front entrance.  Ring the bell, (on your right), and the office will admit you into the foyer.

 

Dismissal:  parents who are picking up their children should drive to the Midland Avenue entrance.   Dismissal is between 3:10 - 3:20 p.m..

Breakfast:

If your child needs to buy breakfast in the morning, they will have access to a breakfast meal upon arrival.   Please see the WTSD website for more information.  Your account must be set up online.  Please note:  there is a fee for breakfast and lunch; however, free/reduced meals are available.
