Dear Family and Friends of 1A,
We would like to send our many thanks for your generous gifts and kinds words as our year has come to an end. Your children are a true blessing and we were lucky to get to know them this year. We wish all of you a safe and enjoyable summer!
Mrs. Cisar and Ms. Esposito
On Friday we sent home your child's yellow, green and extra red folders. They do not need to be returned! Even the test folders may stay home and do not need to be signed! However, please continue to send back the red take-home folder this week.
We will be sending home your child's books throughout the week. There are pages in the Phonics and Voyages books that you may consider using as Summer review work. There are also empty pages in the "H" and "S" books that your child may use for Journal entries. Besides keeping up with reading skills over the summer, I highly recommend writing skills too. Lakeshore Learning (online) has journal prompts for each day of the summer.
Please send in the Watermelon Permission slip for STEAM class by Monday 6/1 and indicate yes or no. Thank you!
