Quinton Township School is one of the few middle schools in the country that has a barbershop harmony program, and may be the only school in the country that has barbershop ensembles and quartets at the elementary level.  Quinton Students are currently involved in the Wildcat Harmonizers, Elementary Mix, Wildcat Chord Ringers, and Nothing but Treble.  Each one of these ensembles is featured in a section of this website.  The barbershop program has been a big inspiration not only to students at Quinton School, but also to audience and community members.

Here is a video of the Wildcat Harmonizers, featuring Mr. Wernega's music arrangement and choreography to "The Joint is Jumpin'."

Here is a video of Elementary Mix performing at the International Barbershop Convention in Las Vegas for several thousand fiewers.  They were by far the youngest quartet to perform at the convention, and there is a chance that there never was a quartet so young at an international convention before.
