Dear Parent/Guardian:
The after-school Homework Program will be held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoon until 3:50 P.M. The dates of this years homework are attached. If your child is eligible, bus transportation will be provided.
Please sign the attached permission slip, complete the transportation request if applicable and have your child return this form to the Student Personnel Office. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 609-264-9501.
