Ok, so you're ready to get started on your work, turn in an assignment, or log in to a live class! But you try over and over but you keep getting an error message =(

 

It might be your browser. A browser is what you use to go online.

 

Examples: Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Safari

 

All browsers have different strengths and weaknesses. One tip: if you're having trouble with one browser, switch and use another.

 

Also, remember the Google Chrome is different on the phone, than on a Chromebook, than on a laptop/desktop.

 

Different devices use DIFFERENT versions of the SAME browser!
