A little bit about Mrs. Julia C. Stewart:

I graduated from Rutgers University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice. From there I obtained my teaching degree at New Jersey City University, in elementary education. I then obtained my Teacher of Students with Disabilities certificate at Fairleigh-Dickinson University. I hold two certificates - one in elementary education and one in special education, along with my Master of the Arts in Special Education from Rutgers University. My experience before joining West New York was in a special education preschool for children with a variety of developmental delays.
