Grading Policy

Students will always be given credit for work done, even if it is not "perfect", the most important thing is that everyone try their best. As per each child's IEP, students are allowed one re-take of any assignment they have failed (lower than 65). The two scores will be averaged, and a final score will then be entered. Classwork not completed in class will become homework. When we are working on a novel, students will be expected to read at home on their own.
