Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America
Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America is a federally recognized Career and Technical Student Organization (CTSO). FCCLA plays a role in developing youth through classroom integration of FCCLA national programs, competitive events, and service learning projects. FCCLA partners with Career and Technical Education (CTE) instructors in middle schools ad high schools to maintain high standards of education ad demonstrate student leadership related to the mission and purposes that guide the organization.
Affiliation cost is $25 and includes an SHS FCCLA t-shirt. Although optional to join, it is a wonderful opportunity for leadership growth and development for students.

2016-2017
Springfield High FCCLA attended nations in Nashville, TN. Culinary team, Jessica Kirland, Lily Schubert, and Hailey Deil earned Bronze and Breanna Fletcher earned Silver in the Nutrition and Wellness event.
2015-2016
Springfield High FCCLA took over San Diego, California in July of 2016 for nationals!!
This year we are pleased to announce that this years national competition will take place in Nashville, Tennessee!
