Grades will consist of points received from test/quizzes, bellwork, homework, labs, industry hours, national exam, and other activities. All points will be weighted into the following categories: Major Assessment (MA) 40%, Assessed for Accuracy, ex. Quizzes, Labs, Projects, etc.. (ACC) 35%, Participation/Completion (PC) 10%, and End of Semester Assessment (SEM EX) 15%
A=93-100% B=85-92% C=75-84% D=67-74% F=0-66%
Graded work will be returned to you to keep in your binder. Quizzes and test will be kept on file in the classroom.

Parents and Students, please note that you should only use PowerSchool to see an acccurate grade calculation, as we use weighted grades in high school. I may enter grades in Google classroom to track performance and participation, but once transferred to PowerSchool, the category weights will take effect. PowerSchool is ACCURATE, not Google Classroom grades.
