Uh-Oh Slips
Students need to be responsible for getting their work finished and turned in on time. The third grade is using a pink form called an Uh-Oh slip. These forms are to make you aware when your child has not completed his/her work. You need to read and sign these forms when your child forgets work or doesn’t have it done. This also includes having the reading book signed. The child stays in at recess to complete their Uh-Oh slip. Each six weeks if your child receives more than 8 Uh-Oh slips they will receive an after school detention on the 9th one. Try to remind your child to have their work done and in his/her backpack every evening before bed.
