A few things to know...

• Sign up for Remind 101. It really is helpful. See the Technology page of this website.

 

• I accept late assignments but deduct 10% if 1 day late, 20% if 2 days late and 30% for 3 days late. After 3 days, the work is done for little or no credit. It is still important to complete every assignment to attain the skills needed for this class. (This does not apply to students who have been absent. In that case, parish policy applies.)

 

• Students who make a D or F on a completed assignment may be given the opportunity to redo the assignment for additional points. Take advantage of this policy!

 

• Students get 2 emergency bathroom passes per semester. Take care of personal needs in the time allowed between classes. Since we have limited time for teaching and learning each day, I discourage leaving my room during class time unless it is an emergency.

 

• I rarely give homework but I expect your very best work from bell to bell in my class every day.

 

• Don't  procrastinate! It will catch up with you! My classes are fast paced and we have a lot to learn.

 

• Remember, we're all in this together. Don't be afraid to participate in class. If you have a question, someone else has the same question. Just ask. And, if you need help, I am always willing to help.
