Gym and Recess Excuses

 

A parent note is acceptable for up to 3 days. A doctor's note is required to excuse a student for more than three days. Student's should turn in all notes to the Health Office first thing in the morning. Student's who do not participate in gym may not participate in recess.

 

A doctor's note excusing a student from gym/recess may require an additonal note to clear student for activity if an end date is not on the original doctor's note.
