Please submit at least two emergency phone numbers of a relative or friend who lives within 10 to 15 minutes of the school on your child’s registration form in the event that you are not available to come pick your child up if they are ill.  It is important to keep the school informed of any changes in emergency contact numbers to ensure you can be reached.
