Dear Milltown Families,
Thank you all SO much for your participation and support during our first year with the Adventures with Miltie character education program! Our students truly enjoyed getting the opportunity to write to Miltie each month and share their own advice and personal experiences on how to solve the many different challenges. We appreciate all of the time and effort that was put in to helping your child understand the different themes we explored.
Because we want to keep the momentum going, we are asking everyone to continue writing to Miltie this summer! At our last Whole School meeting, students listened to the story "Flat Stanley Goes Camping". After the story, they were told that everyone will be receiving their own "Flat Miltie" to take with them on all of their summer adventures. We've attached the Adventures with Miltie Summer Writing Kits to our June e-blast & also provided some letter writing paper to be used.
Directions for how to write & submit letters to Miltie can be found in your packets. If you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to Mrs. Campisi directly via email ([email protected]).
