Most students, with a few exceptions, will receive a Speech and Language homework folder. This folder is simply to be used to bring homework back and forth from school to home.

Speech and Language homework is designed to be a quick way to carry over work that has been addressed and progress that has been made in speech to other environments. The more practice with ariculation or language concepts/activities, the more progress each student will make. Involving parents and family members in the speech and language process will help to ensure that students are being held accountable for their speech and language.

Speech and Language homework should not cause stress at home! Touching on speech and language concepts a few times a week for a few minutes at a time is sufficient just to give the students a little "refresher".
