This year, we are going to put an end to bullying behavior by using the simple yet effective strategy of stop, walk, and talk.  The first thing we tell students to do is to stop the conversation or attempts of bullying by putting out a hand. Next, they should simply walk away without engaging in the bullying conversation.  Finally, they should find an adult to discuss the situation with and handle the problem before it escalates.  These three steps can keep students from fighting and arguing and prevent bullying behavior before it has a chance to spread.
