Our field trip to Medieval Times is Thursday 3/14. Permission slip and payment info will be sent to your parents via instant alert.

On Thursday, March 14th the 6th Grade Classes will be going to Medieval Times. The permission slip will be sent via instant alert and payment will be completed through FACTS accounts. Since there is a meal involved, I wanted to share allergy information that Medieval Times has sent. See below:

For peanut and gluten free meals, the base of the meal would be the same (chicken, corn and potato).  The garlic bread and the chocolate chip cookie would need to be avoided.  We don’t have a substitute for the garlic bread, but we will provide a lemon Italian ice in place of the cookie.

If a guest needs a Celiac meal, that would need to be noted separately.  That meal would include the same items as the standard gluten-free meal but would be cooked in a separate oven to avoid cross contamination.  If any Celiac meals are needed, we need a count of how many are needed in advance of the show date.

Please be sure to make me aware of any allergies. Thank you!!
