Meet Ms. Sloan

 

 

• I am so happy to be your preschool teacher this year!
• I was born right here in Cape May County.
• I went to elementary and high school in Wildwood, NJ.
• I live in Wildwood, NJ, and I have two sons who are 36 and 29.

 

• I love beagle dogs, and my black cat named, Mao, because that's the sound he makes when he talks!
• I love all kinds of flowers, my summer job for many years was in a florist shop.
• I can still be found working in Marshall's Home Department on weekends, doing merchandising!
• My favorite colors are blue and purple. I just can't decide which one is best.
• The beach is my favorite place.
• Hershey bars are my favorite candy.
• Dairy Queen Twist Cones are my favorite dessert.

 

• I started my teaching career in preschool, then moved to Special Education, and then Third Grade.
• Now I am back to preschool, which is a magical age group to teach!
• I began working at Cape May City Elementary School in 2006.
• I graduated from Richard Stockton University and The University of Phoenix.
• I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
• I worked as a Burger King manager for many years.
  
• I am a certified Elementary Education Teacher, Pre-K-8.
• I am also a certified Special Education Teacher for grades K-12.
• I am a lifelong student, so I went back to school for my Master's Degree in Supervision & Administration! I am certified to be a future School Principal & Superintendent.

 

• As you can see I love education! I look forward to a fun and exciting school year!
