Resource Room Reading for 4th-6th Grade:

  • Please complete a reading passage and questions from the packet with worksheets, this week.
  • www.spellingcity.com  is linked to my Reading Classroom in Google Docs. Follow the link, and instructions to complete an assignement each day.
  • www.studyisland.com is a great resource for extra practice.
  • Check into Google Classroom for your homeroom teacher's instructions.

 

Helpful hints for all grade level parents:

  • Frequent breaks to stretch and exercise, parents can read questions and text aloud, small whiteboards for notes, check teacher's website, give extra time

 

Kindergarten Basic Skills Reading:

 

  • Each day, complete Ms. Sloan's assignments for Reading in SeeSaw. The assignments are mixed in with Mrs. Wilson and Mrs. Tarr's assignments. My name will be in the title of the assignments.

 

 

  • Parents: You could make a "High Five Letter/Sight Word Wall" and ask students to point or high five sight words and letters/sounds for an added assessment of their learning!

 

You can always email me pictures of your children doing activities, or using the high five letter wall at, ksloan@cmcboe.org

First Grade Basic Skills Math:

 

  • Complete assignments from me on SeeSaw. My assignments are mixed in with Mrs. Neuman's assignments, but mine will have my name in the title.

 

 

Sixth Grade Basic Skills Math:

 

  • Complete assignments as directed by Mr. Medvecky. Please login to Google Classroom each day for all of his lessons. You can ask me questions from his Google Classroom, I will be on there to help. Don't forget to use Study Island and Khan Academy as extra math help.

Good Morning Students and Parents!

 

I hope all is well, and you are enjoying your family time. I know this has been a difficult transition, but we will get through it. If you need to reach me, please email me at ksloan@cmcboe.org I check my email several times a day! If you need anything at all, like supplies, or help with any grade level lesson I will be available. No worries. Feel free to send me pictures or videos of your daily educational activities, and I will post them here on my webpage. Be sure to get some fresh air and sunshine too! Love, Ms. Sloan

I hope everyone is doing well. I wanted to let you know I am available Monday through Friday from 12 pm to 2 pm to answer any questions, or help with the schoolwork that was sent home.

Before Care opens at 7am each day.

 

After Care begins at 3:00 pm and ends at 4:30 pm.

 

Tuition amounts due will be texted to the number you provided, at then end of each month, or every two weeks if requested! Checks can be made out to:

Cape May City Elementary School. Please write C.R.E.W. and the month that payment is for in the memo space.
