Buying:

• Most kids pay using the online account set up by the parent.  *If you choose to send your child to school with money, please have the wallet/envelope/bag labeled with his/her name.
• The cafeteria food service does offer extra snacks (chip bags, pop tarts, ice cream etc).  If you need to limit to never buy or only on certain days, please talk to your child.  You can also get in touch with me so I can help make this noted in the cafeteria if you need extra reinforcement in this matter.

The optional lunch ticket is a tool the Kindergarten teachers created to help with kids/parents menu options/decisions when buying if you need it.  Having these printed and available may help with lunch  decisions before school begins. 

 

(This ticket has a spot to note whether your child can order the extra snacks available to purchase and eat at the end of lunchtime.  Some students like to buy the chips and save for aftercare or when they get home.  These snacks include chips, doritos, poptarts, icecream etc.) 

Fill it in, discuss with your child & send it in the school/home folder. Your child will bring the ticket to the cafeteria and will recieve help in the lunch line.  

(**This is not required, but helpful for making lunch choices ahead of time).  

 

Snack:

• You may want to label your child's room snack with a sticker or something your child can identify and pull from the lunchbox easily.  I will provide ones to get you started.
