                                                                  Eight Features of Civilizations

STEP 1

For each of the following items, write a brief two sentence description.    You may use your notes or textbook to help you, but the sentences should be in YOUR OWN WORDS!!

STEP 2

1. Once you have a brief description for all of the items above, go to Ms. Brown’s website.

2. Click on “8 Features.”  

3. Next, click on “civilizations template.”   At the bottom of the screen, a box will pop up.  Click on open.

4.  A word document should open up on your computer.  Once it is open, click on “enable editing.”

STEP 3
1.  First, you must save your document. 

* Click the following items in order to save:  file>save as>computer>nbuser>Chisholm>   your period folder.

 * Save it as your first and last name!!  

 * You may also save it your flash drive!

2. Next, add your name to the title at the top of the document.

3. Then, label each one of the 8 boxes with a heading from above.

4.  After that, type your 1-2 sentence summaries in the appropriate box.

5.  Once you have finished typing, you may print!

6.  Finally, DRAW and COLOR an image that goes along with each one of the features.    Pictures from the internet are not permitted for this project!

Grading
