Tiger TV, a half-hour, magazine format, television show, is Memorial High School’s window to the world. The program showcases the work of the students in the Video Production and Video Journalism classes, and the programming deals with issues and topics of interest and importance to the Memorial High School student body.

 

Students involved with Tiger TV work with state-of-the-art equipment in an all-digital environment. In addition to technical skills, students learn to write for television, learn to express themselves, think creatively and critically, and develop self confidence and self esteem.

 

The work of many of our students has received recognition in the National Television Student Award of Excellence Competition sponsored by the National Academy of Arts and Sciences.
