About Mrs. Weissenburger               

 

 

Hi, my name is Mrs. Weissenburger, and I have been teaching at BRMS for twenty-four years! I attended Kean University and graduated with a bachelor's degree in both education and English. I then went on to pursue a M.Ed. My first teaching job was as an intervention specialist for English and math grades K-12. But, once I came to BRMS, I became a full-time ELA teacher and love it! 

 

I am married to my husband, Joe, and we have a son, Jack (13). We enjoy vacationing and spending time together as a family. Some of our favorite vacation destinations are LBI, Aruba, Jamaica, and Florida. During the school year, our weekends are mostly filled with basketball games, as that is currently Jack's sport of choice. My hobbies include reading, hiking, paddleboarding, relaxing at the beach, and bike riding. 

I am excited to be part of your final year of middle school! I offer extra help on Wednesday after school, or during lunch. Please email me if you would like to attend. I know we will have a great year together!
