Changes With Usual Dismissal Procedure

 

The following forms can now be found in the Parent Portal website and app.  From the Parent Portal website, click Forms from the left side menu.  From the app, click More and then Forms.

 

• Back to School Forms (approved automatically)

• Address Change Form (routed to Registration Department)

• Attendance, Tardy, and Change in Dismissal Reporting (routed to school attendance staff)

• Bus Stop Change Request (routed to Transportation Department)

• Bus to Babysitter/Daycare Request (initially routed to Transportation Department and then paper form to be routed following current procedure)
