My goal is to foster the students' ability to think and problem-solve scientifically. The process skills such as observation, making an inference, prediction, and forming a hypothesis are integral in developing this goal. The best way to engage students in scientific learning and exploration is to provide hands-on experiences in the classroom. This method allows students to apply their knowledge and work cooperatively to make discoveries and experiment. The scientific method is used as the model for scientific problem-solving and provides the structure for writing a lab report.
The realm of science is constantly changing. New frontiers open up, ideas are challenged, and theories are tested. Students need to be armed with the tools to question the world around them, tackle its obstacles, and adapt to its evolution . Another important goal is to ofcourse...make science FUN :)!!!
