I am a firm believer that every student can succeed.  Therefore, I provide my students with every opportunity to achieve and exceed high goals.

 

I believe in a classroom community where students not only learn from their teachers, but also from each other and where their teachers learn from them.  Students participate and collaborate toward reaching their goals despite any variation in ability or difference due to disability.  I expect the students to show respect to everyone. 

 

I recognize the growing diversity of our community and engage my students with culturally relevant and responsive teaching.  I ensure each child is taught in a way that is meaningful to them in an effort to meet their individual needs.
