To Become a member of FBLA--

 

(1) Registration Form:  Complete a Registration Form.   You can pick one up from Ms. Brewer.

 

(2) Dues:  $ 25.00    Dues should be paid online no later than October 2.

 

Deadline for registration and payment is October 2.  Dues are non-refundable.

**Each member must be present and compete at the District FBLA Competition at Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond.

 

**All members will compete in 2 events at District. 

 

**To attend conferences you must be in good standing and meet the school requirements for extracurricular/field trip attendance.

 

**Students who qualify for State and National Competition will be responsible for overnight expenses and registration and possibly transportation.

 

Competition

Competition allows you to test your business knowledge and skills against other FBLA members. At district conference students compete against other students in their district and the top winners are eligible to compete at the State level. There is a variety of competition topics ranging from accounting, public speaking, and even computer applications, so there is sure to be one that interests you. 

You will NOT be able to participate in any test without proper dress code. 

**A copy of the dress code has been provided to the student.
