The Behavior System I use is as follows:
4-Blue Having an Outstanding Day! your child showed exemplarly behavior throughout the day.
3-Green Having a good Day!
2-Yellow- Needs Improvement! The student will have a consequence depending on the behavior. A note of the specific behavior will be marked in his or her binder and sent home for a parent signature. I feel that each consequence should fit the behavior and should be specific to each child. Consequences may include loss of recess, silent lunch, etc.
1-Red My behavior is Unacceptable! Your child will have a consequence depending on behavior (silent lunch, loss of recess, written apology, etc.) and a Stop and Think Form detailing the specific behavior will be sent home for a parent signature. This level can also include an office visit and a write up on the County Discipline Form.
