This is the last week of school!
Please make sure students are making up missed assignments. Students who failed any subject for the first semester must earn at least a "75" for the second semester to earn full credit for the course.
Families, please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. Email is the quickest way to contact me, you may also leave a message in the front office or send a note.
Please make sure to continue to monitor your student's progress on Parent Command. Please make sure students are making up assignments for all classes when they are absent, and that they are bringing an excuse, even if they check in or out.
This week in Algebra I, Part I:
*final exam (Students received a study guide.)
*Students will also be given the opportunity to make up missed assignments.
Students will have homework every day. Students who are enrolled in remediation on B days have the opportunity to complete homework then. Students receive advanced organizers for each lesson which correspond to the homework assignments.
Students will have the option of checking out a textbook for reference at home. Parents must sign giving permission to check out a textbook.
Homework will be checked for completeness! Parents will be notified if there are two consecutive incomplete assignments.
You must practice Algebra EVERY DAY to be successful!!!!! If homework assignments are complete, there are resources posted on the right that offer extra practice with basic skills.
Reach for an "A" every day!!!!!
Students receive worksheets daily for each concept. Homework will be assigned from the sheets.
