Classroom Rules

1. Show respect and good manners.

2. Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself.

3. Raise your hand for permission to speak or be out of your seat.

4. Treat others the way you want to be treated.

5.  Always do your best and never give up!

 

Consequences-If You Choose to Break a Rule

 

• First Offense: Verbal Warning.
• Second Offense: A note will be made in planner
• Third Offense: A note will be made in planner, the student will not receive his/her check for the day, and the student will serve a recess detention.

• Fourth Offense: Student will not receive his/her check for the day.  A detention will be issued resulting in a loss of recess.  Student will be sent to the off and parents will be contacted if necessary. 

 

• Severe Disruptions:  Student will be sent immediately to the office and parents will be contacted.

 

 

Rewards-If You Choose to Follow the Rule

• Praise (daily)
• Check (daily)
• POPs Bucks (random)
• Positive Emails and/or Notes Home (random)
• Buck Truck- approx. every 6/7 weeks if the student has received POPs Bucks.
• POPs Parties- schoolwide (approx. every 6/7 weeks if the student has enough check marks)
