The Basics
My name is Makeesha Bell Williams and I will be your child’s 2nd grade Math teacher for the 2022-2023 school year! This is my seventeenth year teaching, and my seventh year in 2nd grade. I am a mom to handsome little boy named Jaxon.

•Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting
•MA in Elementary Education 1-5
My Family
My family moved around quite a bit when I was growing up. I have lived in Indiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas, and Louisiana. My father is a retired First Sergeant in the U.S. Army and a retired ROTC Instructor in the Ouachita Parish School System. My mother was the Librarian at Cypress Point University Elementary before she retired.
