"Above and Beyond"
or
"Just Do It"

In most professions, a person is asked to sign a job description, so that there is no misunderstanding of what is expected for the employee. The best approach to Ms. Hart's class is to recognize her class as a job; therefore the student has a job description. If a student does exactly what is asked of the individual, then he/she will most assuredly earn a "C" for the job. Why?...the individual did exactly what the teacher/employer asked and nothing more, and this is recognized in the real world as "Average." If a student wants to achieve an "A" or "B" in Ms. Hart's class, then he/she must "think 'A'bove and 'B'eyond"! I truly feel that I take an "Above and Beyond" approach to my teaching. Only time will tell. I look forward to getting to know each and every one of my students. The "Above and Beyond" approach is contagious! More so, than the "Just Do It" approach.
