ABOUT YOUR TEACHER

 

I am an alum of Cecilia Primary, Teche, Cecilia Junior High (I was even a cheerleader!), Teurlings, and UL. My degree is in Elementary Education. I'm certified to teach grades 1-8. I was named CJH and St. Martin Parish Teacher of the Year twice. This is my 22nd year teaching.

 

My husband Jed and I have been married since December of 2011. We have two children, Genevieve and Ezra. Jed is an alum of all four Cecilia schools and UL as well. I am both a dance mom and soccer mom!

 

I am a lector and Eucharistic Minister at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cecilia. I am also the wedding coordinator, and I have helped coordinate the weddings of many former students!

 

I enjoy local musicians Sweet Cecilia, Marc Broussard, and Lauren Daigle. I also love scrapbooking, reading, organizing, and planning.  My favorite stores are the Pig, Walmart, Target, Amazon, and Chick-fil-A.
